Con-Fuschia says

"Everything has beauty but not everyone sees it!" (okay, that was really said by Confucius not Con-Fuschia).
Here is a new release from Stampendous available in your local scrapbook stores and online.

This Fuschia from Stampendous is so realistic.  I loved coloring it up.  You can get your own image at Stampendous HERE

I also added some Frantage glass glitter and white chunky enamel with Color Fragments to add more dimension to the card.

Tree Poem

Another amazing stamp from Stampendous!  I found this one that I had not yet posted.  It is so versatile .  I heat embossed bark embossing powder and inked around the edges.  I also used the dragon fly on yellow cardstock using clear embossing powder.  I inked over it to expose the clear embossing powder.

I made this a pop-up card...It all folds down nicely into a 6 x 6 card.  When it is opened up the "Soprano Opera Singer" stands up.  The lights pop up as well as the stage that is part of the Theater Elements.  The curtains are made from organza ribbon and adhered behind the stage frame.  I really enjoyed making this and was very worth all the effort.
A billion copics were used in this.  I have posted below the colors I remember.  Be sure and follow along in the amazing hop for more "entertaining" fun!
You can see how she is popped out and the stage lights are popped up in this photo

Party Like a Rockstar!

I Hoped We Are Entertaining You!!

You should have arrived from my lovely, wild and crazy friend Aeryn

Can you say party until your hair turns pink?  This image screamed "PINK", and so I just did it!  This is one of the new releases from Make It Crafty.

I grabbed colors I hadn't ever really used and got to it!  Have you noticed that when you apply some of the pinks they appear fluorescent?  I wanted to turn and run.  But if you give it a moment it actually calms down and becomes a rich pink.  For this image I use RV04 and RV09.

You can find this image in the store along with a handful of other rockers.  Hop to the other blogs and check them out.  Don't forget to give those pinks a try while your at it!

You can head over to Make It Crafty store to pick up your rubber or digi sets of fun entertainers and elements.

It's Not Done and Over...

I am gonna have a little fun with you....I have a card that took me over 5 hours to make, and is so worth every minute.  But I am not going to show you just yet as it is for a NEW Release by Make It Crafty and it's a surprise for this weekend...so this is all you get....can you guess what this background paper is being made for?  Bet you can't!

I made this "Jentangle" with Mulitliner .3 and .5 and markers T1 T3

Paint My World

Stampendous has this FABULOUS image this is just making it to the stores around you.  I had such a fun time creating this.  I "Frantaged" the bottom of the image after giving it a nice coffee spritz paper stain.  I added a little color to the brushes using water color pencil as it wanted it to be very subtle.  Now for the messy part...I used Crepe ribbon (baby Blue) and colored my ribbon using whatever color I wanted.  I used my airbrush and Copic markers for a smooth blend.  I grabbed my Beacon Stiffen Stuff and misted the ribbon and then shaped it how I wanted and using my heat tool dried it off (I don't have patience to wait for things to dry).  I adhered it to the card and it kept its shape.  Fun Fun stuff I tell yah.  Come see the sample in person and see how I Frantage at the Woman's Expo April 28th in Phoenix

Fun Day - Fun Die!

I hope you can come by the Scraps Of Love booth and say hello.  This is a Sizzix die by Stephanie Barnard.  This is the sample I made for a demo at 2013 Womans Expo in Phoenix AZ.  I will showing Copic coloring at the booth and a little Frantage will be happening.  Come by and get in on the make- and-take if you are in the area.

Oh So Sweet...at The Craft Retreat!
